- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did morphology ultrasound yesterday at SUFW Kogarah. My husband and I found the sonographer experience very professional. However, the reception was too bad and impolite. When we asked to collect a copy of the report ourselves as we will not see our doctor until next month, they said they would email us the next morning. But we did not receive anything and called them again. They asked us to collect from their office instead. My husband also asked them if they have the colorful printed ultrasound pictures like most radiology clinics do. They said they had already given us seven 3D pictures which I did not even ask. Actually this was not what I asked them to do, how could this be an excuse? They charged $395 for this ultrasound which is expensive, I do not understand how their service could be so bad.May CheungNovember 30, 2017
